The inaugural Meeting of the Bank was held in Nassau, Bahamas in JanuaryFebruary 1970, and it is appropriate that we should come back to our starting place to celebrate our Tenth Anniversary. The fact that we have a record turn-out amply confirms what is well known the charm of this capital city and the warmth and hospitality of the people of this most northerly of our borrowing Member Countries.
